For every card purchased through our website, Written Hugs Designs donates a card to a non-profit to bless the people that they are actively serving. You will not only bless someone in your life, you’ll partner with us to bless a stranger simply by choosing Written Hugs Designs. How cool is that?

We want people to know that they are seen. They are enough. They matter. It is why we design our cards with courageous vulnerability and meaningful intention. Our donation program allows us to take our messages of kindness and double the impact of every customer, creating 2 meaningful moments of connection for every 1 card purchased.

We pull sales reports on a regular basis to calculate how many cards we have been empowered to donate based on support from customers like you. 

We reach out to the next nonprofit in the queue and ask:

• How many cards do they need
• Which category of cards would be most helpful
• If they have a favorite card request

We pull cards based on their need, desires, and card availability and send or deliver them to the nonprofit at no cost to them.

Nonprofits use our cards in one of three ways: 

1. They give the card directly to the people they serve.
2. They give the card to volunteers or staff or sponsors to strengthen retention and support to continue blessing the people they serve. 
3. They create gift baskets at fundraising events to raise money to be empowered to continue blessing the people they serve.
