As someone who lives with anxiety and depression, I know how easy it is to believe that I’m not making a difference in the world or that no one would really miss me if I wasn’t here. I created this card for anyone out there who needs the just cuz reminder that they are a light in your life. They would be missed. They are loved. THEY MATTER.
