Estranged From Family: Christmas is Complicated Card

This card is inspired by the people who are estranged from their families during the holidays. This card is for the person who was told they aren’t apart of the family anymore because they aren’t the “approved” version of themselves, as well as for the person who had to go ‘no contact’ with their family to protect their own well-being. The sting of rejection from the people who are supposed to love and accept unconditionally is more acute during the holidays. It can feel very isolating when grieving that healthy connection may never be reality for your biological family. I hope anyone grieving estrangement feels more seen, more connected, and more loved getting this card.
