Miss You: Anticipatory Loss Prompt Card

This keepsake interview card was designed to help you connect in an intentional, deeply caring way with someone special in your life. Answer the keepsake interview prompts about the person to whom you intend to give the card. I cannot tell you how many people are deeply touched by receiving these cards.

Although these could be used anytime for any reason, I designed them with understanding you will miss this person in the foreseeable future. This could be bitter sweet like someone moving away for dream job opportunity or off to college, knowing the goodbye is temporary. This could be to connect with someone whose health is deteriorating, terminally diagnosed, or on their death bed. They may be in long term health facility with memory loss or other ailments. Pair this with ‘Miss You Too’ and have the person with deteriorating health answer the inside prompts about you. Made in memory of my Grandma Phyllis, Grandpa Chick, and Uncle Kevin.
