Rose: Mental Health Card

This encouragement card was made with someone who needs spoken blessings and encouragement in their life. As someone who lives with anxiety and depression, I know how easy it is to believe nothing but negative things in my life. I find that I have to practice daily affirmations to help learn to see myself and my life differently. I created this card for anyone out there who needs the just cuz reminder that they matter and speak this blessing into their life. The cover depicts a single rose. Inside inscription says, “May you find beauty all around you. May you find joy deep within you. May you know: You are worthy. You are loved. You are enough.”

I hope every person who receives this card is reminded of their worth, their value, and that they are loved. I hope they feel blessed and refreshed.
