Whether they have a mood disorder, anxiety, depression, or suicidal ideation, it is quite probable that they believe to some extent that the world would be better off without them in it. Having anxiety and depression myself, this is a difficult thing to explain to loved ones. I created this card in hopes that someone who believes these things about themselves will be reminded that those thoughts are simply not true. I hope they will cling to the truth that they are loved and needed in this world.
